Tim Gredley claimed third in the Deutsche Kreditbank AG* Grand Prix with Medoc De Toxandria at Hohen Weischendorf in Germany.
Forty-six riders came forward to face the 13-fence 1.60m track designed by Marco Hesse and Ralf Stehr but only six found the key to return first round clears to qualify for the jump-off, Germany dominating with three riders.
Tim claimed the favourable draw in the decider against the clock as last to go on the Der Senaat 111 11-year-old Medoc and gave it his best shot.
The bar was set high in this hotly contested round with Teike Carstensen on Greece 5 in the top spot, followed closely by fellow German Johannes Ehning riding Classic Donna in second. Tim chased hard but could only come within 1.25 seconds of the winning time to take third spot.
