THE EVERGREEN’S QUALIFY FOR THE JWI WINTER CLASSIC

13 year old Jessica Mendoza from Chippenham, Wiltshire and her amazing chestnut mare Tixylix won the John Whitaker International Winter JA Classic at Towerlands Park last Saturday 6th March 2010. Second place went to Abigail Newbery and Pauldary’s Pocket Rocket and third to Amy Inglis and the evergreen Gold Harvest. As the first 3 had already qualified the qualifications on this occasion went to fourth placed 12 year old Emily Roe from Lincoln riding another evergreen pony, 19 year old, New York Spritzer. Second qualifying place went to another golden oldie in 20 year old CJ’s Kemosabi ridden by 14 year old Daisy Hughes from
Banbury, Oxon and the final qualifying place went to 15 year old Daisy Davis from Bristol, Avon riding Future Interest who finished the competition in sixth place.
