Equestrian Team GBR and HiHo Silver have joined forces to launch a new bracelet for supporters. The beautiful silver bracelets with red carnelian, blue lapis lazuli and white pearls offer a stylish opportunity to show support for the British Equestrian Teams. A generous donation will be made for every bracelet sold to help the teams on their quest to win gold now and in the future.
The bracelets will be launched at the Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials and will be available to buy from the HiHo Silver stand or the British Eventing stand. For those not attending the show they will be available to pre-order online at www.hihosilver.co.uk from the 30th April 2010.
The British Equestrian Teams are currently seeking funding to support their trip the World Equestrian Games, which are being held in Kentucky, USA in October. The Olympic and Paralympic teams are generously supported by lottery funding via UK Sport, but the non-Olympic sports of driving, endurance, reining and vaulting do not receive funding for the event.
Team GBR also utilise funds raised to support up and coming riders, in conjunction with the UK Sport funded World Class Programme, to ensure a golden future for the sport.
