Pony Discovery Second Round at Summerhouse Equestrian Centre

In the Pony Discovery Second Round at Summerhouse Equestrian Centre in Gloucestershire, Lucy Parkinson claimed first place.

Over a technical course, just two combinations made it through to the second round with 16 year-old Lucy Parkinson from Cheltenham riding Rathlee Warrior, a 9 year-old grey gelding owned by Lois Johnson producing the only clear round to take her place at the top of the leader board in 48.32 seconds.

Lucy has secured a place in the Pony Discovery Final which will be held at the British Showjumping National Championships in August, along with the ponies and riders sitting in second to tenth place.
