Get Close Up and Personal with a Leading Rider Coursewalk at The Liverpool International Horse Show

Have you sat watching leading riders walk the courses at some of the major horse shows in the country and wondered what they are thinking and what goes through their minds?
Well here’s your chance to find out thanks to the team at this year’s Liverpool International Horse Show – December 29 to 31 – The Echo Arena.
If you want to understand more about the intricacies of the showjumping courses and the tests riders face why not treat yourself to a Platinum VIP Upgrade at the show.
All spectators who buy a Platinum ticket can upgrade to VIP where they get the chance to walk the course with a leading rider competing at the show.
The opportunity to take part in a course walk with a leading rider will take place at each of the six performances over the show, ensuring whatever day or session you visit, this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will be available.
Show President Nina Barbour said: “We really value our spectators and wanted to offer them this fantastic chance to walk into the atmospheric arena at the Liverpool International Horse Show, so they can feel the intensity and pressure riders are under.
“The view is also very different from the middle of the arena looking out on to the seating galleries and the course walk, as well as being very educational and insightful provides a great chance for visitors to get close-up to the huge jumps the riders tackle every day.
“Those enjoying the course walk will learn from the riders how they approach the fences, measure the distances between them and really take everything in their stride as they prepare to compete.”
The Platinum VIP Package Upgrade is available to Platinum ticket purchasers and includes a platinum ticket, drinks reception on arrival, the chance to meet and greet top riders and take part in a course walk with them.
Platinum tickets are priced at £79.50 and the Platinum VIP Package Upgrade is £109.
If you want either of these tickets for the New Year’s Eve, performance prices are £99.50 for the Platinum tickets and £134 for the Platinum VIP Package Upgrade.
