Claudia Moore comes second in the Pony Jumping Trophy Grand Prix in Stuttgart

Claudia Moore was inches away from posting another win in the Pony Jumping Trophy Grand Prix at the weekend during the CSIO 5* World Cup Qualifier Show in Stuttgart, Germany.

Once again she partnered the 15 year-old Elando van de Roshoeve, owned by Katrina Moore. The pair were one of nine combinations who completed the 1.35m first round track to make it through to the jump-off. Red Morgan aboard Bodyssee Des Avelines and Elissa Herrmann with Lapislazuli joined Claudia in the jump-off finishing 6th and 9th respectively.

Four double were clears produced with Ireland’s John McEntee taking the top spot with Little Smithe, they produced a very quick round of 35.06seconds whilst Claudia was close behind in second crossing the finish line in 36.34 seconds. Belgium’s Amber Frederick took third place with Easter BB who posted a time of 39.09 seconds.
