Announcement of British Showjumping’s ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022

We are pleased to announce that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM), of The British Showjumping Association, will be held on Wednesday, 21 December 2022 at the Manor Hotel, Main Road, Meriden, Solihull, West Midlands, CV7 7NH. The meeting begins at 2pm (GMT).
The purpose of the AGM will be to receive the Chairman’s Statement and Report of the Board plus, the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021; to reappoint the Auditors and to authorise the Directors to agree the remuneration of the Auditors.
All current British Showjumping members are invited to attend the AGM.
After the formal business, questions received from Members (which must be submitted in writing to the Company Secretary 14 days prior to the meeting) will be dealt with, before the close.
