The winners of the junior classes were awarded sashes and each junior class also had a best turned out prize.
Pictured (courtesy of Danielle Burns) is Grant Wainwright, winner of the Pony Discovery/90cm and the Pony Progressive/1m . All 3 Wainwright brothers had a successful day, with elder brother Harry winning the 1m National Amateur with Zescheron and Drew Wainwright jumping a double clear on Hewitt International in the Stepping Stones and achieving equal1st.
Another young man having a successful day was Henry Norton who partnered DHI Antonio to 3rd in the 1m National Amateur and then went on to win the 1.05m Autostop Adventurer and the Newcomers with the same horse.
We are pleased to report that Sophia Carpenter was discharged from hospital on Sunday 9 June after her fall at the show and we hope that she is feeling better soon.
Thank you also to the Lincolnshire Committee (in particular Joanne Burns – Area Representative) and all of the volunteers who helped ensure that the day ran smoothly.
