The final six riders have been selected for the International Experience Programme

The initial twelve riders that were selected following the CSI 2* Chepstow International, have been whittled down to the final six following the Arena UK International CSI2* and The College EC International CSI2*.
With the support of Sport England, British Showjumping launched the IEP in 2014. The programme, which is aimed at riders aged 16-30 years provides both support and guidance for those wishing to make their first step into international competition.
The successful six riders will now attend the third and final stage of the programme, which is an international trip abroad, attending Bonheiden on 22nd- 25th September with on hand support from coaches Corinne Bracken and Matt Lanni.
The twelve successful riders are as follows:

- Charlotte Lee
- Laura Mantel
- Rachel Gallop
- Georgia Lovett
- James Winter
Speaking after the final selection, lead coach on the programme Corinne Bracken said “The International Experience Programme is in its third year and the selection for the 2016 programme has been of the highest standard to date. All of the riders involved on the programme have made considerable progression in international competition and are now showing the potential to move to the next level in Europe. The individuality of our sport allows progression to top level at any age. This programmes allows for their development with the support of top level coaches at the next stage; Bonheiden International in September.
