The Equestrian.com Liverpool International Horse Show Invites Families to Experience the Best New Year's Eve Celebration in the City

The Equestrian.com Liverpool International Horse Show is set to host the biggest and best New Year's Eve event in the city, and everyone is invited. The event takes place at The Echo Arena on Liverpool's iconic waterfront and is open to guests of all ages, so families can enjoy a rare opportunity to spend such an important occasion with their children including little ones, teenagers, grandparents and groups of friends.

With an afternoon and an evening show on New Year's Eve, doors open from 12noon for the afternoon show and again from 7pm as the event takes evening guests right through into 2017 with an epic New Year countdown. There will be glitz and glamour as visitors join sports stars and media figures from around the World to enjoy a jam-packed schedule of spell-binding entertainment, with plenty of opportunity to toast 2017 with two champagne bars, a luxury bistro and family restaurant selling delicious New Year culinary treats and of course plenty of fizz to pop at midnight.

The shows begin with a mesmerising opening ceremony and musical performances from the world's best ABBA tribute, Revival, along with high energy show jumping action from the world's best riders and family fun with the Shetland Pony Grand National. Guests can expect the Arena to be alight with breathtaking performances from pyrotechnic girl group The Black Fire Girls using fire swords, whips and dragon canes and brand new act the 'Extreme Driving Challenge' who will make their debut with four teams of '4 in hand' extreme carriage drivers going head to head in a speed challenge.

Crowds will also experience adrenalin-filled performances as Freestyle Motocross makes its thrilling show debut with a specialist team of racers and freestyle motocross riders from around the globe performing electrifying live stunts and intensely choreographed action packed shows filled with lights, lasers and LEDs. World renowned FMX riders taking part include Dan Whitby, Jamie Squibb, Samson Eaton and Arran Powley.

And finally the evening show will include a performance from the world’s number one Musical Theatre boy band and the winners of Britain’s Got Talent series 8, Collabro, who will be performing live at the glamorous New Year's Eve evening celebration, indoor fireworks and of course a spectacular countdown to the New Year!

Show tickets for New Year's Eve start at just £11.50, with family tickets and season tickets available as well as VIP hospitality which offers a spectacular first-class ringside dining experience on the newly-designed raised platform at the head of the arena.
