Laura Whitfield secures victory in the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Second Round at Alnwick Ford Equestrian

Laura Whitfield outpaced her rivals to land victory in the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Second Round at Alnwick Ford Equestrian in Northumberland with Tatiana II.
Sixteen eager competitors aimed for a treble clear to secure a finalist place in the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Championship over course-designer Di Boddy’s 11-fence course with the nine initial clears further reduced in round two to six for the final jump-off.
Laura from Haltwhistle, Northumberland successfully negotiated all the tight turn options with Tatiana II, a 6-year-old mare she has competed for the past 12 months, to win with 1.81 seconds in hand.
Three combinations jumped a treble clear to achieve qualification for the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Championship at the British Showjumping National Championships in August.

The British Showjumping National Championships 2018 will take place during the 7th – 12th August at the National Agricultural and Exhibition Centre (NAEC), Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.
