British Showjumping’s Team NAF Announced for Sopot CSIO5* FEI Nations Cup

The following squad has been selected to represent Great Britain under the title sponsor banner of Team NAF in the CSIO5* FEI Nations Cup in Sopot, Poland. The competition takes place between the 8th – 11th June 2017 at the Hipodrom Sopot. This will be the fifth point scoring leg of the series for the British Team.

Joe Clayton from Nottinghamshire with Con Man JX, a 10 year-old British bred bay gelding owned by Sarah Billington

John Whitaker from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire with either Cassinis Chaplin, a 9 year-old grey stallion owned by Claire Conlon and Clare Whitaker or Talisman de Mazure, a 10 year-old chestnut gelding owned by Team Harmony

Michael Whitaker from Whatton, Nottinghamshire with JB’s Hot Stuff, an 11 year-old British bred bay mare owned by Jayne Bean

Tim Wilks from Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire with Quelbora Merze, a 13 year-old chestnut gelding owned by In Showjumpers

Guy Williams who is based in Seine Maritime, France with Rouge de Ravel, a 12 year-old bay stallion owned by S.C.E.A. de Lillebec

The Nations Cup competition takes place on Friday 9th June at 14:00 hrs local time and the Grand Prix will be on Sunday 11th June at 11.30 hrs local time. The Chef d’Equipe accompanying the team will be World Class Performance Manager for Showjumping, Di Lampard.
