AMELIA GREEN WINS THE 2009 JOHN WHITAKER INTERNATIONAL WINTER JA CLASSIC QUALIFIER

 
Fifteen year old Amelia Green from Nottingham took first place in The 2009 John Whitaker International Winter JA Classic qualifier held at Willerby Hill Competition Yard. The final will take place at the Royal Show in the summer.
 
Amelia riding David Millers’ ten year old bay gelding, Blakt’s Jordi jumped three clear rounds in a jump off time of 41.52 seconds. Second place went to Chad Fellows from Shifnal, Shropshire. Chad riding Helena Fellows’ seven year old grey gelding Tex Two jumped three clear rounds in a jump off time of 42.25 seconds. Third place also went to Chad riding Amanda Hilliards’ twelve year old dark brown gelding, Snatch. Chad had four faults in the jump off in a time of 39.92 seconds.
