Lynes Place Stables Dominate Team Jumping Qualifiers at Bicton

Team spirit was on full display at Bicton Equestrian Centre this weekend as riders battled it out in the British Showjumping Team Jumping qualifiers, all aiming to secure their place at the British Showjumping National Championships this August.

Lynes Place Stables enjoyed a hugely successful weekend, claiming victory in both the 90cm and 1m Team Jumping competitions and booking their place in the prestigious National Championship Finals.

Lynes Place Stables Secure 90cm Team Victory

In the 90cm Team Jumping competition, Lynes Place Stables produced a strong performance across both rounds to take the top honours and secure qualification for the National Championships.

The winning team consisted of:

  • Olivia Brown riding Ciao Bela P Z

  • Heather Brown riding MNF Rishorse Hill

  • Rachel Emmerson riding No Dress Rehearsal

  • Ella Knapp riding Drunken Sailor

Demonstrating consistency and teamwork throughout the competition, the quartet successfully completed both rounds to seal the victory and earn their ticket to August's final.

Double Success for Lynes Place Stables in the 1m Team Jumping

Lynes Place Stables continued their winning form in the 1m Team Jumping class, once again taking the top spot and securing a second championship qualification.

The victorious team featured:

  • Chloe Yao riding Zara

  • Charlotte Stephens riding SES Salute

  • Ellie Cairns riding Idalia Tora

Their combined performances proved enough to head the leaderboard and continue Lynes Place Stables' dominance of the team competitions at Bicton.

Finishing in second place was Millfield School, whose riders also delivered a strong performance to secure qualification for the British Showjumping National Championships Final.

With qualification now confirmed, both Lynes Place Stables teams, along with Millfield School in the 1m competition, will turn their attention to the British Showjumping National Championships in August, where they will compete against the best teams from across the country for national honours.
