Holly Smith wins the Lord & Lady Equestrian Senior Newcomers Second Round at Vale View Equestrian Centre

Holly Smith from Loughborough Leicestershire was on winning form as she scooped first place in the Lord & Lady Equestrian Senior Newcomers Second Round at Vale View Equestrian Centre on Saturday riding her own 7 year-old chestnut gelding, HHS JD.

In class of fifty-eight strong competitors, Holly jumped two clean rounds for her place in the jump off, where she just pipped her nearest rival to the post as she crossed the finished line just 0.01 of a second a head to take the win with a treble clear in 33.83seconds.
