Members Online Update

We are delighted to share some fantastic updates coming to Members’ Online this Monday. These improvements are designed to make managing your memberships, horses, and renewals even easier and more accessible.
What’s New?
- Memberships and Horses on the Dashboard
You will now find your memberships and horses conveniently located on your dashboard. This means you can easily renew or add members and horses directly from this central hub. - Stallion Ribbons – Now Easier to Purchase!
We’ve added stallion ribbon purchasing to the dashboard. Making it a smoother and more efficient process. - Clubs & Just For Schools on the Dashboard
If you are part of a club or school, you’ll now find this section clearly displayed on the dashboard for easy access. - Renewals Moved to the Dashboard
Renewals will no longer appear in the index. Instead, they will now be displayed under the relevant members or horses section on your dashboard, making it simpler to manage your renewals in one place. - Easier Access to Personal Details
To view or update your personal details, simply click on your name on the dashboard and select ‘update details’ – quick and hassle-free!
What Hasn’t Changed?
The index remains familiar, with all the same information available. However, we’ve refreshed its appearance for a clearer, more user-friendly experience.
Need Help?
At the top of the online system, you will now find the switchboard phone number and the membership email address. Clicking on the email address will automatically open an email ready to send to our membership team, making it even easier to get in touch.
These updates are all about improving your experience, making Members Online more intuitive and efficient.
