Silver League Semi-Final at Bishop Burton College

After a thrilling sixteen horse jump off, it was Vicky Burns from Litchfield, Staffordshire who posted the winning performance on board Paul Bevan’s 9 year-old bay gelding, Denzel II in the Northern Silver League Semi-Final at Bishop Burton College on Sunday. This pair crossed the finish line on a treble clear in 37.06 seconds and in doing so, booked a place to compete for the Championship title at this year’s Horse of the Year Show in October.

The riders and horses that finished in second to seventh also took home the chance to compete in the Silver League Championship Final at the Horse of the Year Show.

The Horse of the Year Show 2017 will take place from the 4th – 8th October 2017 at Birmingham’s NEC.
