Sarah Hall appointed as Chief Operating Officer for British Showjumping

British Showjumping is pleased to announce that Sarah Hall, who joined the Association earlier this year as Business Facilities Manager, has agreed to accept a wider role of responsibility within the organisation as Chief Operating Officer.

A chartered accountant, Sarah forged her career with Deloitte, supporting business’ in the UK and overseas to strengthen their governance and risk management. She has held senior management posts in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, and is proven in building and leading teams, establishing and maintaining strategic client relationships and running effective operations.

Sarah will continue to support British Showjumping Chief Executive, Iain Graham, and be responsible for the effective leadership, alignment and delivery of Support Services that underpin the strategy delivery. She will also take the lead in the transformation of the Association’s information technology, systems and management processes to ensure we remain focused and able to meet the needs of our growing membership.

Iain Graham commented “ The position of Chief Operating Officer had been identified as one that would bring long term benefits to the organisation as we look towards the next Olympiad and beyond. Sarah brings a great depth of skill sets to the role and we are delighted that she has accepted the post with immediate effect”.
