Pony Foxhunter Second Round at Quainton Stud

It was a winning weekend for fourteen year-old Tahnia Jordan Jones from Swindon, Wiltshire as she rode Julie Jordan’s 11 year-old grey gelding, Jumper, to victory in the Pony Foxhunter Second Round at Quainton Stud in Aylesbury.

The top three combinations secured a ticket straight to October’s Pony Foxhunter Championship Final at Horse of the Year show, while the rider and ponies placed fourth to eighth took home the chance to compete in the Pony Foxhunter Masters at the British Showjumping National Championships.

5th Tahnia Jordan Jones & Akm Beech Comber – 0/0/0 – 33.24 seconds

6th Oliver Fletcher & The Bobster – 0/0/0 – 33.40 seconds

7th Madison Jamison & Flavia – 0/0/0 – 34.06 seconds

8th Daisy McKinlay & Ashwey Patchwork Sparrow – 0/0/0 – 38.46 seconds

The Horse of the Year Show 2017 will take place from the 4th – 8th October at Birmingham’s NEC. The British Showjumping National Championships 2017 will take place during the 8th – 13th August at the National Agricultural and Exhibition Centre (NAEC), Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.
