Nicole Kershaw claims the British Horse Feeds Speedi-Beet HOYS Grade C Qualifier at Warrington Horse Show

Making the most of the Bank Holiday weekend, Warrington Horse Show near Knutsford held a British Horse Feeds Speedi-Beet HOYS Grade C Qualifier on Monday and it was Nicole Kershaw who shone through to take victory with a double clear performance.

With three qualification places available for the British Horse Feeds Speedi-Beet HOYS Grade C Championship Final at Horse of the Year Show, each of the thirty-eight combinations were focused on  securing a place at the top of the leader board with a double clear.

As nineteen riders jumped clear in round one, it was left up to the all important clock to decide the winner as they headed into the final jump off.

Manchester based rider Nicole rode two foot perfect rounds on board Alan Fazakerley’s 8 year-old gelding, LCC Comanche. Over the shortened course, this partnership used their late draw to full effect as they picked up the pace to finish in 39.55 seconds with a double clear.
