Natasha Hewitt claims the Horseware Bronze League Qualifier at Codham Park Equestrian Centre

In the blazing sunshine at Codham Park Equestrian Centre in Braintree, Essex, Natasha Hewitt won the Horseware Bronze League Qualifier in fine style on Saturday.

A keen field of thirty-five starters all had high hopes of securing one of the three qualification spots available for the Horseware Bronze League Semi Finals, which will run in August.

Following two hotly contested rounds, just sixteen combinations remained to battle it out for qualification as all eyes fell on the clock to decide the winner from the jump off.

Natasha Hewitt travelled from Pontefract, West Yorkshire with her own 11 year-old bay stallion, JJS Impressive. After two clear rounds, this combination proved to have plenty of fuel left in the tank as they jumped a lightning fast treble clear to finish in first place in 41.18 seconds.
