Mark Edwards storms to victory in the British Horse Feeds Speedi-Beet HOYS Grade C Qualifier at the South of England Show

The British Horse Feeds Speedi-Beet HOYS Grade C Qualifiers, held at the South of England Show, was won by Mark Edwards from Cowbridge, South Glamorgan, riding Royale Tale, a seven-year-old bay mare owned by Martyn Edwards.
A challenging track in the first round saw the starting field of fifty-four horses and riders put through their paces. Only ten combinations negotiated their way around the track faultlessly to go through to the jump off, where Mark, who was last to go, put his foot on the accelerator to cross the finish line with a double clear in an unbeatable time of 35.03 seconds, almost four seconds clear of second place.
