Laura Renwick wins CSI3* Grand Prix on the final day of the Vilamoura Champions Tour

Laura Renwick rounded off the final day of the Vilamoura Champions Tour in style winning the CSI3* Grand Prix on board Bintang II owned by herself and John Renwick.

From a starting field of fifty-five talented showjumpers, this combination were one of just eight to jump clear in the first round.  Taking charge of the hotly contested jump off, Laura took top spot after shaving 0.11 seconds off the time crossing the finish line with a double clear in 36.08 seconds.

France’s Reynald Angot riding Symphonie des Biches took second place with Brazil’s Luiz Felipe de Azevedo Filho and Chacito in third.

Britain’s Jamie Gornall posted a double clear on Carsten to finish in sixth and Harry Charles on ABC Quantum Cruise claimed eighth.
