Feeling on top form after winning the National Speed Horse Final yesterday at the British Showjumping National Championships, 20 year old Faye Adams flew to victory with Demograaf to also take the National 1.30m Open Championship title. As one of 20 riders in the jump off, the West Midlands based showjumper produced one of only six double clears in a time of 38.84 seconds, beating the time set by second placed rider Caron Nicol with 39.66 seconds.

2016 Britsh Showjumping National Champion, Robert Smith put up a good fight with El Capone but had to settle for third place with a time of 39.84.

Speaking of the 10 year old bay gelding who Faye has only had for about a year, Faye explains: “He’s just been incredible here this week; he has answered every question and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.”
