British Showjumping 2015 Annual General Meeting

The reconvened 2014 British Showjumping Annual General Meeting and the 2015 Annual General Meeting were held on Monday 22nd June 2015, at The Best Western Windmill Village Hotel whereby the following resolutions were received/agreed.
Reconvened 2014 Annual General Meeting
- To receive the Audited Financial Statement for the year end 31st December 2013. Received and agreed.
2015 Annual General Meeting
- To receive the Audited Financial Statement for the year end 31st December 2014.
Received and agreed.
- To reappoint the auditors. Agreed
- To authorise the Directors to agree the remuneration of the auditors. Agreed
- To receive questions from members submitted to the Company Secretary 14 days prior to
the meeting which can be found by clicking here
