Adrian Speight heads the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Second Round at Speetley Equestrian Centre

Adrian Speight proved to be on winning form at Speetley Equestrian Centre in Chesterfield, Derbyshire on Sunday when he headed the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Second Round.
Each of the forty-three starters were jumping with the hope of securing a treble clear as this would see them take a place in the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Championship Final, which will be held during the British Showjumping National Championships in August.
Following the first two rounds, fifteen combinations were able to access the final off and eight went on to deliver that all-important third clear round.
Based in Grimsby, South Humberside, Adrian Speight jumped a treble clear on board Flocon De Belle Vue, a 7 year-old grey gelding owned by Elizabeth Edgar. This combination set a fast pace in the jump off which proved to be unbeatable as they crossed the finish line 42.70 seconds.
With another seven combinations also achieving a treble clear, a total of eight combinations now go forward to the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Championship Final.

The British Showjumping National Championships 2018 will take place during the 7th – 12th August at the National Agricultural and Exhibition Centre (NAEC), Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.
