Another action packed academy day at Willow Banks EC with Joanne Burns Firth and Amanda Routledge.
With the National Academy team competition impending focus was on different competition scenarios. Working on the correct warm up and collecting ring etiquette. Walking the course and planning lines as well as jumping courses and doing jump off turns.
Everybody gave 110% and we can't wait to see you at Stoneleigh very soon!
