The Whitakers WILL be at Windsor!

They may not be taking part in the Championship action but that hasn’t stopped Olympic Team Gold medallist Laura Kraut and The Whitaker family from making the trip to Windsor for the Alltech FEI European Jumping & Dressage Championships 2009 (25-30 August)

 

John, Robert, Ellen and William Whitaker have all entered the additional competitions held on Thursday and Friday evening: The H&M Six-Bar and the H&M Puissance.

 

Additional riders for these non-Championship competitions also include British riders: Guy Williams; Nick Skelton; Laura Renwick; Geoff Luckett; Tina Fletcher; Phillip Spivey; David McPherson; Derek Morton; Tim Page; Ryan Prater; Daniel Neilson and US Jumper Lauren Hough.

 

Following Thursday night’s H&M Six-Bar, The 17 competitors will feature in a jam-packed Friday night programme - the Alltech World Equestrian Games Gala Night – fast becoming a popular entertainment evening showcasing all of the FEI disciplines and culminating in the H&M Puissance. The H&M Six Bar and The H&M Puissance will feature other competitors and horses declared as ‘definite entries’ but who did not take part in the Championship rounds. The Rolex Grand Prix will feature competitors and horses entered as ‘definite entries’ but who did not qualify to take part in the Third Competition of the Jumping Championships.
