Picton Flamenco Picks Up Ticket for the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Championship

Jake Harris made the most of a short trip to Bridgend Show as he captured top spot in the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Second Round.
Jake, who lives in West Aberthaw, was one of only two riders to jump three clear rounds and therefore book a place at next month's National Showjumping Championships.
Riding his own 8 year-old bay gelding Picton Flamenco, Jake dominated the class, maintaining fine form all the way through and taking first place with a jump-off time of 50.23 seconds.
Another local challenger, Amelia Rogers, from Pontyclun, was second with 6 year-old dark brown gelding Quidde Du Boisson Z, owned by Anthony Hill, in a time of 51.55 seconds.
Two combinations from this second round go forward to the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Championship Final.
