Matthew Fox Wins Blue Chip Feed Balancer Pony Newcomers Second Round

Sixteen year old Matthew Fox from Greenfield, Bedfordshire won the Blue Chip Feed Balancer Pony Newcomers Second Round held at Weston Lawns. The Championship final will take place at The Horse of the Year Show.

 

Matthew riding Peter Fox’s nine year old bay gelding Ryan Again jumped two clear rounds with eight faults in the jump off with a time of 52.47 seconds. Second place went to fifteen year old Georgie Roadnight from Manningtree, Essex, riding Karen Roadnights nine year old grey gelding Herbies Double Trouble who jumped a double clear but was unfortunately eliminated in the jump off. Third place went to fifteen year old Lucinda Stewart from Cumnock, Ayrshire. Lucinda riding Kirsty Stewarts seven year old black gelding Genius Van De Pronkenberg clocked up the fastest four faults in the second round.
