Daniel Neilson Wins Tri Zone Senior Newcomers Second Round

Nineteen year old Daniel Neilson from Brentwood, Essex took first place at the Tri Zone Senior Newcomers Second Round held at Dorset Showground. The Championship will take place at The Horse of the Year Show.
Daniel riding his own and Celia Mason’s seven year old chestnut gelding, Chauvinist jumped three clear rounds in a jump off time of 41.09 seconds. Second place went to Justin Tuff from Totnes, South Devon. Justin was riding Leon Penny’s and James Pinkney’s six year old grey gelding White Star III who jumped three clear rounds in a jump off time of 43.86 seconds. Emily Davies from Clevedon, Avon took third place riding Charles Davies’ seven year old black mare, Black Cat. The pair jumped three clear rounds in a jump off time of 45.65 seconds.
