Countryside Raceday Auction in support of the Countryside Alliance and the British Equestrian Federation Fund

The Countryside day is an annual fundraising event held aid of The Countryside Alliance and a partner Charity. It traditionally occurs on the opening day of the November Meeting at Cheltenham Racecourse and will take place this year on Friday, 17 November.

The Raceday is a major fundraiser for the Countryside Alliance and each year another fundraiser is invited to share the day. This year British Equestrian has been invited to be the partner with the aim of raising significant funds to help our British Equestrian Teams in their quest for medals at the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

British Equestrian are busily preparing for thier mission to Paris next year to make sure that our athletes and horses can perform to their very best. The Equestrian World Class Programme and our Olympic teams are largely funded by The National Lottery, via UK Sport. In an Olympic year we fundraise to make up the difference, so our horses and riders can go the extra mile – it’s often those extra special touches that can make the difference between winning or finishing fourth. Everyone who supports the Countryside Raceday plays a part in the success of our Equestrian Teams at the Olympic Games next year

Alongside the activities on the day, there’s a fantastic online silent auction running with some extraordinary lots that you are able to bid on - our supporters, riders, owners and friends have really pulled out all the stops to make this an outstanding success. There’s over 65 lots for every taste and budget with a number of money-can’t-buy experiences and more lots are being added daily. You can view the lots and see how to bid via: https://uk01.z.antigena.com/l/LjPKablm9nNEPMbS2kdOEAOYDCvIBS-Pfb-F2lIJa-1QwLX1h4peNeJOP4JD1K2LBkFed~JyY6BJFHEjXh8Dy3UWrJqqSuIva6PwOO39o9TlB696KLuYyc5OQqALXN5ZHYhClkGQwXc9b1xC1lbUinrZWwcgPwfjxxdBLmdPUOCqpZfm8Jk5Y~DKNWRwLm - bids close at the end of racing on 17 November and six lots will be auctioned live at Cheltenham as part of the Countryside Raceday.
