Carl Freeman Wins Tri-Zone Newcomers Second Round

Carl Freeman from Rugeley, Staffordshire took first place at the Tri Zone Newcomers Second Round held at the Summer Spectacular at Weston Lawns on the 27th June 2009. The Championship will take place at the Horse of the Year Show.
Carl was riding Traleigh Stud International’s six year old bay mare, T Quest. The pair jumped three clear rounds in jump off time of 46.63 seconds. Second place went to Philippa Dobby from Ormskirk, Lancashire who was riding Ellie Mollart’s seven year old bay gelding Sparco. Philippa had four faults in a jump off time of 39.46 seconds. Third place went to Joao Charlesworth from Cranbrook, Kent. Joao was riding Ian Domaille’s seven year old chestnut mare Hartleymanor Venus. Joao had four faults in a jump off time of 40.23 seconds.
