British Showjumping’s Team NAF Young Rider European Championship Squad Announced

The following squad has been selected to represent Great Britain under the title sponsor banner of Team NAF in the Young Rider European Championship in Samorin, Slovakia. The competition takes place between the 8th – 13th August 2017 at the x-bionic® equestor sphere.
Leonie Aitkenhead, aged 19, from Gainsborough, Lincolnshire with Clane K, a 10 year-old bay mare owned by Beverley Aitkenhead
Millie Allen, aged 19, from Stockton-On-Tees, Cleveland with Balou Star, a 12 year-old bay stallion owned by Udo Oppermann
Amy Inglis, aged 20, from Haywards Heath, West Sussex with Wishes, a British bred 9 year-old chestnut mare owned by Claire Inglis
Emily Moffitt, aged 19, based between Great Britain and the USA, with Hilfiger van de Olmenhoeve, a 10 year-old bay gelding owned by Poden Farms
Jake Saywell, aged 20, from Newark, Nottinghamshire with Havinia van de Roshoeve, a 10 year-old grey mare owned by Rachel Gascoine
The Young Rider Team medals will be decided on Friday 11th August and they will compete for their Individual medals on Sunday 13th August. The Chef d’Equipe accompanying the team will be Tony Newbery.
