British Showjumping’s Team NAF announced for St. Gallen CSIO5* FEI Nations Cup

The following squad has been selected to represent Great Britain under the title sponsor banner of Team NAF in the CSIO5* FEI Nations Cup in St. Gallen, Switzerland. The competition takes place between the 31st May – 3rd June 2018 at the Equestrian Stadium Gruendenmoos. This will be the first point scoring leg of the series for the British Team in Europe Division 1.

Sam Hutton from Walton-On-Thames, Surrey with Happydam, an 11 year-old chestnut stallion owned by Equimie BVBA

Harriet Nuttall from Yeovil, Somerset with either the 10 year-old British bred chestnut gelding Galway Bay Jed or the 14 year-old chestnut gelding A Touch Imperious, both owned by Rupert Nuttall

Louise Saywell from Retford, Nottingham with Golden Wave OL, a 10 year-old grey mare owned by Prince Sultan Saud

Holly Smith from Loughborough, Leicestershire with either the 9 year-old British bred bay gelding Hearts Destiny or the 10 year-old bay gelding Quality Old Joker, both owned by Holly

William Whitaker from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire with either the 14 year-old bay stallion Utamaro d’Ecaussines owned by Ludwig & Yasmine Criel or the 15 year-old dark bay gelding Fandango owned by Elisan AB and William

The Nations Cup competition takes place on Sunday 3rd June at 14:00 hrs local time and the Grand Prix will be on Friday 1st June at 16:30 hrs local time. The Chef d’Equipe accompanying the team will be World Class Performance Manager for Showjumping, Di Lampard.
