British Showjumping’s Team NAF Announced for Aachen CSIO5* Nations Cup

Following an invitation to compete in the CSIO5* Mercedes-Benz Nations Cup in Aachen, Germany, the following squad has been selected to represent Great Britain under the title sponsor banner of Team NAF. The competition takes place between the 18th – 23rd July 2017 at the Aachen-Laurensberger Rennverein e.V.

Scott Brash MBE from Peebles, Scotland with Ursula XII, a 16 year-old British bred bay mare owned by Lady Pauline Harris and Lady Pauline Kirkham

Nigel Coupe from Preston, Lancashire with the 14 year-old bay gelding Golvers Hill, owned by Susan Simmons

Samuel Hutton from Walton-On-Thames, Surrey with Happydam, a 10 year-old chestnut stallion owned by Equimie BVBA

Robert Smith from Shrewley, Warwickshire with the 9 year-old bay stallion Ilton, owned by Karina Reily and Robert

Guy Williams who is based in Seine Maritime, France with Titus, a 17 year-old chestnut gelding owned by Charlotte Baines and Guy

The Nations Cup competition takes place on Thursday 20th July at 19:30 hrs local time and the Grand Prix will be on Sunday 23rd July at 14.00 hrs local time. The Chef d’Equipe accompanying the team will be World Class Performance Manager for Showjumping, Di Lampard.
