Britain’s one and two confirm attendance to the Charles Stanley British Masters
Wednesday 01 June 2011

Great Britain’s Guy Williams and Nick Skelton who are currently heading the British ranking list have this week confirmed that they will be attending the Charles Stanley British Masters.
Guy and Nick will also be joined by last years Champion Scott Brash along with other top international riders.
The show will take place between the 1st - 3rd July 2011 at SouthView Equestrian Centre in Cheshire. The event will be a superb showcase for spectators to experience the thrill and excitement of top level showjumping.
This British Masters also has the added excitement of it being just one of three opportunities in England for riders to gain their competency qualification for London 2012 and with classes up to 1.60m in height and in excess of £100,000 prize money; we can expect strong competition across the horses and riders taking part.
Sheldon Philips, Head of Regional Major Events at the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) said
“The British Masters has become one of the most important events on the calendar for British Showjumping. Events such as this make an important contribution to the regional economy, bringing visitors into the area and boosting local investment. I am delighted two major British names are signed up for the event, which contributes to our agreement with British Showjumping to support Team GB with their preparations for a successful London 2012.”
So come along and enjoy this truly challenging and exciting sport first hand for as little as £5 per person. Alternatively you can treat yourself to a ringside VIP ticket by taking a hospitality package which will seat you amongst riders, owners and sponsors in the fully licensed VIP marquee. You can book your tickets by either clicking here, or calling 01270 528684.
A licensed bar and café are open all day, with an evening barbecue and music on Saturday.

At Charles Stanley we have always believed that people would much rather do business with someone they know and trust. It’s a relationship with our clients as important as the one between the rider and the horse in showjumping and why the sport appeals so much to us as a company. The perfect synergy, made for success.

So how do we establish trust? We have been a member of the London Stock Exchange since 1852 and we are one the UK’s leading independently-owned full service stockbroking, corporate finance and institutional advisory groups, so our pedigree is pretty good in the trust ‘stakes’. What about getting to know us? Well that ‘bit’ is even easier. We have a network of offices right across the UK. Take a look at our web site www.charles-stanley.co.uk and we are confident you will find us somewhere close to where you live.
We are so pleased to be a major part of the UK Showjumping scene through the Charles Stanley British Masters and we will be very visible at Southview from the 1st – 3rd of July this year, so please come and introduce yourself. Before then, why not get in touch with one of our offices and get them to look at just how we can help you and your financial affairs. It would be our pleasure to help.
