Holly Smith crowned Showjumper of the week at Olympia

Britain's Holly Smith took the leading showjumper of the week title at this year's London International Horse show which finished on Sunday at Olympia.

Holly finished 3rd in the final competition the Turkish Airlines Grand Prix on Heart's Destiny behind Scott Brash in 1st with Australian Edwina Tops-Alexander in 3rd. Earlier this year she was part of the British team that secured Olympic Qualification for Tokyo by winning Team Bronze at the European Championships on Heart's Destiny owned by TJ Hall Ltd.

Smith was delighted with her week and said about her leaderboard win “I’m absolutely thrilled with all three of my horses this week. They have performed consistently every day and I’m so pleased for the entire team around me. Hearts Destiny is the type of horse that little girls dreams are made of and he’s made mine come true.  Our target is for Tokyo and we’ll work back from it but as long as we’re all fit and well that’s all that matters really”.
