Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility

    • Entry is open to UK residents only.
    • Open to British Showjumping Members.
    • Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

  • The Prize

    • There are 10 prizes available, each consisting of a pair of tickets for a guided course walk led by a GB rider.
    • The prize does not include general admission tickets to the show; these must be purchased separately by winners.
    • Travel, accommodation, and any other expenses incurred are not included in the prize.

  • How to Enter

    • Entry to the ballot is free.
    • Only one entry per person is permitted.
    • Entries must be received by 5pm on Friday, 4th July 2025.

  • Winner Selection and Notification

    • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date.
    • Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry.
    • If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, British Showjumping reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant.

  • Data Protection & GDPR

    • Personal data provided during the entry process will be used only for the administration of this ballot and to contact winners.
    • All personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and British Showjumping’s privacy policy.
    • Data will not be shared with third parties and will be securely deleted following the completion of the ballot.

  • General

    • No cash alternative or substitution will be offered.
    • British Showjumping reserves the right to cancel or amend the ballot and these terms and conditions where necessary.
    • By entering this ballot, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
