Ceri Chapman and Perla Blue Storm to Victory in the Final Nupafeed Senior Discovery Second Round at Hartpury University

Last weekend marked the conclusion of the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Second Round competition, with the final qualifying class being held at Hartpury University.
A starting field of 44 competitors came forward over the 1.05m course, which was reduced to 23 after the first round. Eighteen of those produced the second clear round required to qualify for the jump-off, and with 13 combinations maintaining their flawless form, the results were decided by the clock.
Jumping from mid-draw, it was Ceri Chapman and her own Perla Blue who claimed the top spot with an unbeatable time of 31.36 seconds. Samantha Oliver, winner of this qualifying class last year, secured second place on First Coryphee in a time of 31.99 seconds, just ahead of third-placed AnnMarie Moulder on Four Tune, who stopped the clock at 33.97 seconds.
Attention now turns to the final at the British Showjumping National Championships, where the qualified horse and rider combinations will compete for the prestigious Champion title.
