Rules of the show
All competitions will be judged under British Showjumping rules.
Substitution entries - see rules 79-4, refunds as per rule 79-5.
Horse boxes must not be mucked out onto show field.
Prize money - British Showjumping rule 76-6 shall apply.
SAFETY- The Organising Committee has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of all show officials.
Rule 82.20 No member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or to be prepared to compete, in any show jumping competition, without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members of the public are not put at risk of injury.
Objections must be made to the Show Secretary in accordance with British Showjumping rule 198-3.
Owners entering their ponies/horses do so entirely at their own risk and it is a condition of entry that no liability of any kind attaches to the Show Committee or the venue in any respect whatsoever.
Entries are confined to registered ponies/horses ridden by members in accordance with British Showjumping rule 79 or the Birtish Showjumping 'Ticket To Ride' system.

The Show reserve the right to change table which the classes are run under if we feel we are going to run out of day light.WITH PERMISSION FROM THE JUDGE
Unaccompanied competitors must provide the Show organisers with a contact telephone
No aggressive or abusive behaviour will be tolerated towards show officials, fellow competitors or the general public, anyone deemed to be aggressive or abusive will be asked to leave the show ground IMMEDIATELY.
