Head of Participation, British Equestrian Federation - Vacancy

The British Equestrian Federation is seeking a Head of Participation to provide leadership and direction to the BEF Participation Programme, enabling achievement of the key objective – to get more people taking part in equestrian sport more often and keeping them involved for life.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, well organised self-starter and have a wide range of skills and qualities, including effective leadership and emotional intelligence. He or she will have a performance focus and the ability to harness the support of a complex community of internal and external stakeholders, ranging from boards to government agencies, coaches, volunteers and customers, and is likely to have comprehensive experience of strategic leadership in a high performing culture.
This is a full time position, reporting directly to the Chief Executive and is based at our new offices at Equestrian House, Abbey Park, Stareton, Warwickshire. The remuneration package will be commensurate with experience and the responsibilities of the role.
