Flo Norris takes the Deaselec National under 16 Championship

The Deaselec National under 16 Championship came to an exciting conclusion in Championship Arena 2 on the penultimate day of competition at the British Showjumping National Championships, held at the NAEC Stoneleigh in Warwickshire.

The crowd cheered as they witnessed Flo Norris riding Super D Ysieux take the victory and be crowned champion. The class was highly competitive but Flo rode well out the corners and produced a clear and fast jump off. Based in Glastonbury in Somerset, Flo rode two horses in the class and took second with Songe De Toscane, followed by Ben Clark and Jancovica.

Flo commented on her round: “I felt the course was quite nice with enough technical parts to it, but it was nicely built. I got both horses from the same place and the one I won on today is just awesome, I really couldn’t ask for a better horse. I feel so confident on him even though I’ve only had him just under six months.”
