Regional Officials Mentor - Course Designers

Are you passionate about identifying, recruiting and developing Officials in Showjumping?

Interested in helping shape the development of British Showjumping Officials?

Are you approachable, determined, patient, a good team player with excellent communication skills?

If you can answer yes to the above, British Showjumping would like to hear from you.

British Showjumping is looking to recruit a Regional Official Mentor for Course Designers in each of the following regions: -

  • East Midlands
  • North
  • South East

These voluntary roles will help lead and support effective recruitment & retention strategies within officiating and will support & guide the Officials’ workforce.  Close liaison with the Sport Team Administrator (Officials), Development Officers and Show Organisers will be an important part of this role.

You will need to be passionate and committed to the development of Officials and Showjumping at a local level.  You must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to positively influence the development of officiating for British Showjumping.
