Warwickshire Area Committee (Area 30) announce 2012 Summer Points Championship

 The great news for all Members and Venues in Warwickshire (Area 30) is that the Summer Area Points Championship, which was initiated in 2011, will return again in 2012.

This year, the format will allow Members (as horse and rider combinations) to record results gained in any Class at any venue in Area 30. Area Representative Carole Payne said “I am delighted that we are able to continue with the Championship and with the new format, the Committee felt that this was a really positive way of not only providing something for Members, but also supporting venues in the Area”.

The Championship will culminate at the end of the summer season, with awards being made to the highest ranking Pony/Junior Rider combination and Horse/Senior Rider combination. Full details will appear soon, but in the meantime, Members can contact any member of the Area 30 Committee regarding the Championship (refer to your Yearbook for Committee Member contact details).
