Thursday 21 February 2019
British Showjumping and the Scottish Committee would like to welcome Alison Bradford as our new North East Scotland Area Representative, taking over the reins from long serving Area Representative Fiona Quennell.
Alison has been involved in horses from a very young age, following her passion for Showjumping where she lived and breathed the sport, grooming, working and travelling to gain as much experience as she could. Alison has also produced her own horses over the years.
Most of you may know Alison from her 10 years of judging at British Showjumping shows, Alison, a Level 2 loves her judging, watching partnerships progressing and achieving whatever goals they aspire to. She is always supportive and encouraging to all our members.
The role of the Area Representatives and their committee is an important one in trying to ensure that Showjumping thrives in the Areas, with Alison’s experience, passion and enthusiasm for our sport she hopes to help move Showjumping forward in her area.
British Showjumping and the Scottish Committee would like to say a very big thank you to Fiona Quennell for her commitment over the years in being the Area Representative and encouraging new members and improving the sport in the North East Area. We wish Fiona the very best of luck in all her future endeavours.
