Business Planning and SRDP for Small Farms & Equestrian Businesses – Are you Eligible?

All equestrian business managers are invited to this preliminary fact finding session to find out if there are potential opportunities for them in The Scottish Rural Development Programme (SRDP) 2014 – 2020.
The SRDP delivers Pillar 2 of the EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) offers some opportunity to rural equestrian businesses. It is vital that anyone planning to apply complies with the eligibility criteria so the BHS and SRUC have joined forces to deliver this morning event that will finish with a networking lunch.
What SRDP could offer to equestrian businesses and small holdings: there are opportunities for business development, diversification and environmental grants for individuals and groups. This workshop will provide details of the scheme priorities, eligibility, and application process with useful practical examples and advice on planning your grant proposal.
