Young Horse Training 24 April

East Midlands Young Horse Training was held yesterday with Andrew Saywell. 14 riders brought their 4-7 year olds for this training. Andrew started by looking at each groups flatwork, in particular their straightness and outlines. They then progressed on to the jumping where they worked on combinations,fillers and water jumps.
This training was organised due to the ongoing success of the Equine Pathway and feedback that there is a need for Young Horse specific training. Another East Midlands Young Horse Training session will now be organised towards the end of the summer.
