Notts/Lincs Academy Training

Ten riders took part in yesterdays academy training at Milton EC. All riders had a one hour session with UKCC level 2 coach, Joanne Burns who warmed them up on the flat and also signed some of the NAF 5* Pony booklets. Fully warmed up, the riders then went on to their jumping session with British Showjumping coach, Selina Cawkwell where they were put through their paces and worked on sections of a course. The riders then had a session with Chartered Physio Natacha Mann who did some stretching and balance exercises to help with core stability. All riders were given plenty of feedback and exercises to work on at home and Natacha explained how each of the exercises would benefit their riding.
