Di Lampard training day 24 Jan

23 riders took part in training with Di Lampard on Tuesday 24 January at The Meadows, Fleckney (Leicestershire). The sessions catered for a large selection of ages and abilites ranging from those jumping 90cm to those working on 1m30 tracks.
Throughout the day, Di concentrated on straightness before moving onto a range of courses. Di also emphasised the importance of watching others jump and learning from them. Towards the end of the sessions there was quite a crowd of people who had come along to watch!
Despite Di's busy schedule she has also kindly agreed to coach the junior academy at Vale View on the 13 February.
